**Office Administrator**
Trijan Industries is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. The company’s line of products includes Controls, Instrumentation, Valves and Automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administrative and clerical work in the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence to appropriate parties.
- Handle correspondence, both written and verbal, with a high degree of courtesy.
- Correspond with customers, vendors, suppliers and other vendors in a professional manner.
- Correspond with customers regarding purchase orders, purchase materials, shipments etc.
- Correspond with suppliers regarding invoices, shipping details etc.
- Perform general office duties such as filing documents, answering phones etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Previous experience with purchase orders preferred.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with a CRM system a plus (e.g., Hubspot) is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
