Marketing Director

**Job Overview**
The Marketing Director at Ring Rescue will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of Ring Rescue Products. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics while building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This role requires close collaboration with sales, business partners, R&D, and Ring Rescue Leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and the successful execution of marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and business plans, focused on driving product adoption, market share growth, and revenue targets.
- Lead market analysis, identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to ensure Ring Rescue’s product positioning remains competitive.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to design and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies in new verticals and geographies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Develop and enhance value driven pricing strategies and support the sales team with marketing tools and product positioning.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and followers in all target market segments.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting ROI, and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Represent Ring Rescue at industry conferences, customer events, and partner with key stakeholders, KOL’s and influencers to enhance the Ring Rescue brand and market presence as a stand out market leader.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and complex marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical technology, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and R&D teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in global marketing strategy development.
- Knowledge of the medical devices industry, FDA regulations, and international healthcare markets.
- Proven ability to launch new products and successfully manage product life cycles.
