We’re looking for a **Learning and Development Coordinator** to join our growing Claims team

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, your work will have a big impact with our claims department. People will count on you to coordinate and support the delivery of training including prioritizing and managing requests, managing logistics and measuring results.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Coordinate training attendance, schedule management and management of various reports
- Help build, improve, and simplify monitoring and collaboration tools with various teams.
- Assist with regular maintenance of adjuster skillset inventory.
- Attend meetings, work collaboratively with key partners and other stakeholders as required.
- Support various stakeholders on the management of post training follow-ups.
- Act as an advisory resource for Managers and the Management Team.
- Support in the review of trainee quizzes & assignments.
- Assist in maintenance of instructional design

**What you bring to the table**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Education (asset) or any combination of equivalent education or experience
- Experience working in the insurance industry (considered an asset)
- Knowledge of e-learning development tools and LMS systems (considered an asset)
- Experience coordinating corporate training projects and ability to prioritize tasks
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Office suite (Excel and SharePoint experience considered an asset)
- Excellent written communication, listening and organizational skills
- Adaptable with a problem-solving, “can do” attitude
- Critical thinking skills required to handle diverse learner inquiries
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude
