We're looking for a **Wealth Business Development Coordinator** to support our **Wealth** team.

As the Wealth Business Development Coordinator, you work closely with the management team to support business development activities. You gather information from all sources to coordinate what needs to be done to structure and execute both annual and ongoing business development initiatives from across the province. You understand the Servus products and services, the structure and roles of the wealth, insurance, and estate teams. As the liaison between wealth leadership and plan developers, you work directly with marketing to create compelling materials such as campaign posters, presentations and social media content that support the plans.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide stakeholders with timelines for initiation and execution of business development plans by collecting planned activities into a consolidated overview.
- Articulate and present plan activities that will require resources to senior leadership
- Anticipate and provide a broad range of administrative support services related to business plan development, initiation, and execution
- Provide support to members of the wealth management leadership team on initiatives or projects, often taking the lead role once a course of action has been identified by management
- Clarify the situation, expose underlying issues, and provide options or easily alter plan to anticipated response
- Assist and coordinate event activities

**Requirements**:
To qualify, you'll need at least the following:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the wealth industry including sales, marketing, and coordinator roles
- Knowledge of financial planning, products, and policies
- Proven performance as a self-motivated individual
- Experience working strategically with senior level clients

Although not required, the following experience and education/certifications are valuable assets:

- Finance or marketing related post-secondary is an asset
- Thorough understanding of financial products and services is an asset
- A designation related to marketing, or the wealth management industry is an asset
