Requisitos específicos:

- Dirige y coordina los servicios administrativos de la oficina tales como:

- Microsoft Office (PALABRA, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Informes
- Correo/Oficina postal
- Citas
- Contestar el teléfono con “Es un gran día en The Grounds Guys, A Neighborly Company. Esto es ___. ¿Como puedo ayudarte?"
- Realiza tareas relacionadas con QBO que incluyen:

- Facturación
- AR/colecciones
- Cuentas por pagar
- Entrada de datos de gastos
- Informes de impuestos sobre las ventas y la nómina
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas y producción para garantizar un buen flujo de comunicación y datos. Esto incluye una variedad de software, sitios web, documentos e informes que incluyen:

- GG Pro Microsoft Office
- Franconexión CES
- CareerPlug
- ampliamente
- Realiza tareas relacionadas con el personal:

- Publicar anuncios de contratación para garantizar que la empresa siempre esté contratando.
- Gestión de CareerPlug y configuración de entrevistas.
- Asegurar que las horas de nómina se entreguen a la compañía de nómina de manera oportuna o que haga la nómina internamente, lo que indique el propietario.
- Creación de paquetes de alquiler (W-4, I-9), etc.
- Ayudar con la orientación de nuevos empleados.
- Ordenar uniformes según sea necesario. Mantiene una pequeña cantidad de inventario para nuevas contrataciones y reemplazos.
- Administra las redes sociales:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Responde a reseñas de Google tanto positivas como negativas
- Ayuda con el programa de seguridad comercial:

- Garantiza que la documentación de la reunión de seguridad se incluya en el manual de seguridad.
- Asegura que el registro de OSHA esté actualizado y sea preciso
- Asiste en Reclamos de Compensación de Trabajadores
- Mantiene al personal de la oficina según sea necesario reclutando, seleccionando, orientando, entrenando y asesorando/disciplinando.
- Se familiariza con los clientes y empleados de The Grounds Guys
- Mantiene suministros de oficina en stock y pedidos según sea necesario
- Mantiene el espacio de trabajo organizado
- Toma la iniciativa de impulsar nuestro Código de Atención y cumplir con nuestro Código de Valores.
