- Analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions to improve the kitchen’s financial performance.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Address and resolve any customer feedback or concerns related to the food and dining experience.
- Participate in special events, tasting menus, and other promotional activities to showcase the restaurant’s culinary offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience in team building and staff development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A creative and innovative approach to menu design and food presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred but not required.
