About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Miznon Yorkville Corp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses, including food costs, labor costs, and equipment maintenance, to maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
