**Purpose**:
The purpose of this job is to provide reception services by answering basic questions and forwarding inquires. The role is also responsible for administrative support, including assisting with room bookings, mailings, key control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a listserv.

**Education**:
High School diploma, plus secretarial/customer service/office administration training.

**Experience**:
6 months recent related front line reception and customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced post-secondary environment. Experience in a academic area is an asset.

**Skills**:
Effective customer service skills with the ability to deal courteously and effectively with people. ability to maintain confidentiality.
