Reception Coordinator

The Reception Agent and Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for employees, executives, and visiting clients of a leading consulting and technology company in downtown Toronto.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service to all office visitors
- Coordinating space reservations and guest registrations
- Working closely with facilities and technology teams to ensure a seamless in-office experience
- Registering and checking in clients and visitors as required
- Coordinating with external vendors and catering suppliers
- Assisting with planning and communicating office meetings and community events
- Conducting opening and closing duties
- Supporting office health and safety duties
- Sharing information about the office and surrounding areas
Requirements include:
- Degree or working experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn internal and external systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet frequent deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
