Job Summary

The Reception Agent and Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for employees, executives, and visiting clients of a leading consulting and technology company in downtown Toronto.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to all office visitors
  • Coordinating space reservations and guest registrations
  • Working closely with facilities and technology teams to ensure a seamless in-office experience
  • Registering and checking in clients and visitors as required
  • Coordinating with external vendors and catering suppliers
  • Assisting with planning and communicating office meetings and community events
  • Conducting opening and closing duties
  • Supporting office health and safety duties
  • Sharing information about the office and surrounding areas

Requirements include:

  • Degree or working experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn internal and external systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet frequent deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
