**JOB TITLE**:BilingualExternal Sales Representative (QC)
**Reports to**:VP, Sales & Partnerships
**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**: Relevant du directeur des ventes, le représentant des ventes externes est un consultant en vente et service qui est responsable d'établir et de maintenir des relations productives et à long terme avec les concessionnaires partenaires de Prefera tout en se concentrant sur le développement des affaires.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Le représentant des ventes externes atteindra la production de volume ciblée en fournissant un service exceptionnel sur une base transactionnelle et en se coordonnant avec le directeur des ventes pour maximiser les opportunités.
- Assurer le suivi et fournir un soutien aux concessionnaires pour les approbations délivrées aux concessionnaires et transmettre efficacement au concessionnaire les avantages du programme Prefera pour les concessionnaires et les consommateurs.
- Assurer la liaison avec l'équipe ISR, le service de crédit et le service de financement pour résoudre les problèmes des concessionnaires concernant les transactions individuelles ou tout autre problème de relation ou de service.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre un cycle de contact de visite de concessionnaire qui garantit que le contact est établi avec chaque concessionnaire dans un délai spécifié.
- Recueillir et maintenir dans le CRM de Prefera, des renseignements intimes sur le marché pour chaque concessionnaire en ce qui concerne les principaux contacts, les volumes de ventes, les préférences concurrentielles et d'autres données pertinentes sur les relations. Surveillez et cherchez à augmenter la pénétration des revendeurs enregistrés de Prefera en conservant des informations précises sur les prospects et les revendeurs enregistrés dans le CRM de Prefera et en utilisant des techniques de vente par téléphone ciblées.
- Surveiller et chercher à augmenter la pénétration des concessionnaires de soumission et de financement de Prefera.
- Fournir un service exceptionnel et rapide lorsqu'il est appelé par des concessionnaires partenaires pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris les plaintes des concessionnaires ou les problèmes des concessionnaires.
- Aider à préparer, valider et finaliser les informations d'inscription des nouveaux concessionnaires ainsi qu'à mettre à jour toute modification apportée aux informations actuelles du concessionnaire.
- Communiquer efficacement les avantages concurrentiels de Prefera sur une base transactionnelle et large pour assurer un bon positionnement du produit au sein des concessionnaires. Communiquer les changements de produits et de services, les promotions et autres informations Prefera au réseau de concessionnaires de manière rapide et efficace.
- Développer et maintenir une solide connaissance des politiques de crédit et de financement de Prefera et utiliser les informations pour aider à communiquer les informations sur les décisions et les politiques aux clients concessionnaires. Développer une relation de travail étroite et positive avec les équipes de crédit et de financement afin d'améliorer l'offre de services combinée aux clients concessionnaires de Prefera et d'aider aux processus de décision de crédit et de financement.
- Établir des priorités et effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement dans un environnement axé sur les délais et au rythme rapide.
- Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif.

**EXPÉRIENCE D'ÉDUCATION**:
- Études postsecondaires (diplôme universitaire ou collégial)
- 1-2 ans de travail dans le secteur financier de détail ou indirect
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en vente avec les clients (en personne ou au téléphone)
- Une attitude positive, l'honnêteté et une solide éthique de travail sont indispensables
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
- Capacité démontrée à être analytique et soucieux du détail
- La connaissance du marché des produits récréatifs est un plus
- Posséder un véhicule et être disposé à se déplacer
**CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES**:
- Capacité à parler et écrire en français et en anglais
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles, de négociation et de prise de décision.
- Extrêmement soucieux du détail, capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches et de hiérarchiser le travail en réponse aux demandes et demandes de renseignements.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des décisions/résoudre des problèmes sur la base d'un bon jugement.
- Compétences démontrées en communication avec capacité d'interagir avec les pairs, la direction et d'autres départements de manière professionnelle.
