**Fuzion Flooring - Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (FULL TIME)**
**Reporting to - Customer Service Manager**

We are currently looking for a bilingual inside sales professional to join our customer service team The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) is a central member of the Inside Sales team whose focus will include entering and checking order data to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the sales team and customers within specific sales territories.
- Managing customer accounts including reviewing pricing levels for accuracy, freight overview, oversee customer delivery requirements by order, sample updates and replacement requirements.
- Reviewing territory open order reports daily for dates, stock, shipping requirements, etc.
- Reviewing all orders placed to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with customers through friendly, engaging communication.
- Answering customer phone calls and respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints, inquiries, PK requests, stock checks, technical assistance.
- Providing up to date information to Operations/Supply Chain and Sales
- Expediting sales orders to ensure OTD targets are met.
- Providing coverage for other members of the team as needed for vacation and other absences.
- Performing data entry tasks as necessary.
**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Bilingual French/English is required.
- Flooring experience preferred.
- 3-5 years Customer Service Experience
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Interpersonal skills are essential to the job as it involves customer support and building genuine relationships with both customers and Territory Sales Managers.
- Sensitive to the needs and concerns of customers, always remaining courteous while swiftly responding to requests.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to keep track of several accounts with different requests and preferences.
- Good working knowledge of company policies, products, specifications, and services.
