**WE ARE HIRING "HR Coordinator"**
**(For 1 year fixed term contract - New Graduates Welcome)**
**Position Summary**

This position primarily involves performing administrative tasks within the HR department.
This role includes responsibilities such as managing HR documentations, recruiting, managing HRIS (ADP), assisting with office supply procurement, and providing support for various administrative aspects of HR operations. Moreover, this role includes coordinating corporate events and holidays to create a more dynamic and innovative work environment. It offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR administrative duties while contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize HR documentations and records (D.B) with the utmost confidentiality.
- Assist in the hiring and termination processes by handling administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage attendance records and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Take the lead in coordinating corporate events, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our work environment.
- Provide general administrative support to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Additional responsibilities may be delegated as needed.
**Education**:
- Completion of University or College program with Human Resources Management or Business Administration major preferred.
**Experience**:
- No experience required; recent graduates are highly encouraged
- Experience in HR, Administration or a related field are preferred.
**Skills**:
- Bilingual in Korean is an asset. (Not Mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
