**About the Role**

HR Coordinator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, onboarding, employee relations, Health and Safety, and HR administration. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and grow within the organization.

**Your Responsibilities - What a typical day looks like**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Assist in conducting initial screenings of resumes and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee relations efforts by assisting with conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Participate in Health and Safety tasks, monthly walk-around, and quarterly JHSC meetings.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30) with occasional overtime as needed. You must be flexible with working overtime.

- What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in automotive, industrial engineering, or automation industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
