Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Director to join our team at SIMPLEX HR INC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective policies and procedures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and developing recruitment strategies.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Work will be performed in a fast-paced environment, with 32 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and align with company goals.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders.
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide strategic guidance.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and prevent disease or injury.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effectiveness.
