**What can I expect to do in this role?**
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Assist in conducting initial screenings of resumes and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee relations efforts by assisting with conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30) with occasional overtime as needed. You must be flexible with working overtime.

**Some of the responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and maintaining employee records
- Support HR administration tasks, such as maintaining HRIS data, updating employee files, and generating reports
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

**Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
