You will be working with a small team of support professionals. We work with an always-growing awesome group of clients providing complete IT management. You will enjoy a fast-paced, yet comfortable environment helping our clients succeed.

This role involves providing IT support remotely from our office, on the phone, and at various client sites. You will be assisting our clients in a variety of IT-related areas including servers, workstations, networks, and phones.

Your experience and enthusiastic approach to dealing with clients along with a keen interest in problem-solving will be a great asset to our team.

**Essential Skills (MUST Have and be able to demonstrate through testing)**
- You have a **minimum of 1 year experience** with the following:

- installing/troubleshooting Windows/Mac Workstations and printers in a domain environment
- Active Directory administration
- Experience using a help desk ticketing system
- Experience with setup/administration of wireless networks
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration
- Friendly, outgoing personality who LOVES working with clients.
- Self-starter that can work independently and with a team.
- You think outside of the box to help bring value to our clients.
- Team members and clients would describe you as fun and professional to work with.

**Nice to Have Skills**
- Experience with Sonicwall or other UTM appliances
- Windows Server management experience
- IT-related Sales experience
- Microsoft Exchange experience

A valid **drivers license** and **transportation** is required as some work is performed at the client site.

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
