**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities of the role **(include but not limited to**)**:

- Maintain and enhance monthly and quarterly Client Administration reports for Senior Management including Inforce, New Business, Performance, Risk and Trending reports.
- Execute and enhance controls to ensure that management reporting is consistently accurate and complete.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests both for Client Administration and other functional areas through the compilation of data from various sources.
- Develop new reporting for use within Client Administration or for Senior Management, including acting as the primary source for testing various IT implementations.
- Support other Client Administration team members in day-to-day processes to improve operational efficiencies;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative (analytical and trending) in-depth analysis on client reported data to assess issues and identify potential risks and impacts.
- Actively seek enhancements and propose recommendations for new processes to improve outcomes;
- Develop effective working relationships with internal clients;
- Provide backup and support for daily processing of all bank related activities, including remittance of wire transfers and banking reconciliations;
- Participate in projects and ad hoc tasks as required.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Post-secondary degree;
- Life Insurance or reinsurance experience is preferred;
- Exhibits keen attention to detail with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to critically evaluate client data;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Access;
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Query tools such as SQL Query, Power Query, Power Pivot, Crystal Designer;
- Experience in data management, data mining, building analytics reports and process automation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong client service focus.
