You will be responsible for providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports to the business, play a crucial role in capturing and analyzing service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights to the organization and help drive improvements and optimizations based on data-driven insights, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the business.

What will you do?
- Filter and clean data based on analytical review and data health indicators.
- Acquire data from various systems within the business to build complete views of our results.
- Work with management to explore opportunities to provide data insight and appropriately build new reporting procedures.
- Undertake data analytics with a focus on customer retention, with the purpose of delivering the best-in-class customer experience.
- Dialer list management and business acumen to determine outbound sales strategies.
- Locate and design new reporting process improvement opportunities.
- Effective communication skills and prepare all data and associated reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Administrative and data entry tasks as required.

What do you bring?
- Business Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experienced with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance.
- Experience in billing systems is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge and experience with reporting packages.
