We’re looking for our next Reporting Analyst. Could It Be You?
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for employing best practices in Microsoft Power BI in the areas of dataset creation, data visualization, DAX and storytelling elements, that provide leaders within the Customer Service organization with the insights (dashboards, visualizations, insights, analysis) to make increasingly sophisticated decisions about the business.

The Reporting Analyst will actively work with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and distill them into actionable plans to derive key insights using data from our Genesys and Salesforce platforms.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead discussions with various stakeholders to address and answer specific business questions, capture requirements and provide consultative guidance on solution/delivery and strategic options
- Employ, demonstrate and advocate best practices in the areas of dataset creation, data visualization and data storytelling using Microsoft Power BI
- Create unified datasets to support business needs by connecting and transforming data from different sources to provide comprehensive analysis and strategic insights.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieving deadlines
- Consult with business units to assist with the preparation of opportunity assessments and business cases that will help rationalize project ideas to the project prioritization for the selection committees.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in line with business objectives

So are YOU our next Senior Analyst, Workforce Management? You are if you
- Have Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Have 2+ years of strong PowerBI platform knowledge (DataSet Creation, Data Visualization, DAX), preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Have 2+ years related experience in Implementation of Value Adding Data Visualization Design and Best Practices.
- Demonstrated experience with business analytics, business intelligence (BI) tools, data retrieval techniques and analytics, including the ability to interpret data results/outcomes to support senior executive decision making.
- Have working knowledge of SQL query and Power query, involving large datasets and multiple data sources
- Are comfortable using Python
- Are expertise in distilling data into actionable business insights
- Are a team player and self-starter with great interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Have strong leadership, communication and analytical skills

Additional kudos if you
- Have experience with Salesforce CRM
- Have experience using Genesys Cloud
- Have experience working in a contact center
- Have knowledge of Agile concepts including backlogs, sprints, and planning boards
