North Bay, Canada Designed Roofing Inc. Full time

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support services
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and direct to the correct department/employee
- Greet and direct walk-in customers/contractors to correct department or employee
- Prepare quotes and tender submissions for the DEN (including finding bidders lists, requesting insurance and bonding, and preparing other documentation required for tenders). Also prepare any compliance or pre-qualifications
- Maintain and update tender logs
- Create and maintain estimate and job files
- Prepare safety binders and file safety documents
- Prepare and file all safety documents/inspections and training
- Provide safety certificates to Project Managers when requested
- Assist with any staff activities and event planning and help create and distribute posters for various office events
- Compile and send warranty and closeout documentation
