**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The purpose of the available position is to provide administrative assistance for sales documents, service documents, service communication, and general office procedures.

**RESPONSIBILILITES (Include but are not limited to)**:

- Spreadsheet development and data entry in Excel.
- Quotation and proposal preparation, printing, and distribution.
- Product pricing and price list preparation.
- Maintenance of product descriptions, pricing and uploading to website and advertising sites.
- Multi-line telephone answering, call routing and message taking.
- In-store interaction with customers.
- Filing (electronically and manually) of a variety of documents.
- Data entry of invoice items, product, and inventory files.
- Ordering and receipt of items into inventory for resale.
- Preparation of service shop work orders, documents, and invoicing.
- Warranty documentation preparation to submit to various suppliers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task for working with customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English and French) is a significant asset, but all applicants will be considered.
- Computer proficiency: work involves significant use of dealership software and entry of all items into business system and on-line supplier dealer portals.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.

**WORKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
- Inside, office area, North Bay, Ontario
- Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM.
- Position is permanent full-time with anticipated start date as soon as possible.
- Successful applicant will report directly to the owner.

**PAY AND BENEFITS**
- Full time salary rate is to be determined based on experience and/or certification.
- Paid weekly/week following.
- Benefits include health, dental, disability, critical illness, and life insurance. Premiums paid by company.

**Salary**: $680.00-$760.00 per week

**Education**:
