AllRoads Auto Sales is currently seeking an enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide high quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- Assist with vehicle administration and data entry
- Greet customers with a pleasant disposition and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
- Help with social media platforms
- Help maintain stock on website including updating available stock and removing sold units daily
- Print vehicle window stickers
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Ensure that customers have been looked after
- Stock in newly arrived vehicles
- Maintain Garage Register accurately
- Complete vehicle licensing
- Order supplies for dealership when needed
- Assist the sales team, and perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate and organized filing system and record keeping
- Assist the accounting department with data entry

**Qualifications**
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to consistently perform tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when required
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality

Preference will be given to those who have previous automotive experience, and business accounting knowledge would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
