With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunities ahead, **Career Abroad**is now looking to hire new personnel to join our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of it
- Process client documents and arrange them in appropriate method
- Maintain log of all activities, report it on daily basis
- Perform various activities related to college / university admission process
- Work along with other team members and assist them in various office administration process
- Communicate with clients, partners and other associates on regular basis pertaining to on-going admission process
- Must be able to learn and resolve issues
- Must be flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Volunteering, or co-op office assistant or office administration experience preferred
- Must have team player qualities
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
- Independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach
- working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Detail oriented

**Other Skills**
- Ability to speak and understand any other language along with fluency in English. (Vietnamese, Filipino, or Any other South East Asian language)

Pay: $33,540.00-$33,600.00 per year
