**YOUR IMPACT**
As The OpenText ITOM (IT Operations Management) Strategic Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for developing an ecosystem of enablement assets and influencers to successfully message, position, and sell OpenText ITOM solutions.
**WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS**
- Strategic Planning: Develop a sales enablement strategy aligned with ITOM objectives, focusing on clear goals and audience identification.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach, leveraging expertise from Product Marketing, Sales leadership, and others.
- Content Development: Create and maintain tailored sales enablement materials, including training resources and competitive intelligence, reflecting updated product messaging.
- Market Insight Integration: Integrate market insights from Product Marketing and analyst reports to address evolving customer needs effectively.
- Value-based Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions to enable effective communication with prospects.
- Training Delivery: Implement diverse training methods to support continuous learning and skill development for Account Executives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to track the effectiveness of sales enablement resources and optimize the program for greater impact.

- Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, providing foundational knowledge.
- Product Knowledge: Showcase deep understanding of ITOM solutions to support sales effectively.
- Market Awareness: Understand market dynamics surrounding ITOM solutions for informed decision-making
- Course Development: Create tailored enablement courses to engage sales teams effectively.
- Communication Skills: Deliver complex sales training and presentations with clarity and impact.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build strong internal relationships across teams for collaboration and alignment.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
