Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional strategies and new product offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $23.96-$26.41 per hour
