Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Immigration and LMIA forms filling and management

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistants or relevant role
- Knowledge of computerized systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience in a in an Immigration related business setting is advantageous

Pay: $17.30-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
