Receptionist/administrator

We are currently seeking a full time temporary **Receptionist** for our Surrey office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the position is responsible for all daily front office activities and providing general admin support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and accommodate visitors and clients
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls
- Coordinate meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Order supplies, and ensure supplies are adequately stocked
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide project support where necessary
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Problem resolution skills
- Positive personality
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Resourcefulness
- Initiative and adaptability.
- Teamwork and collaboration
**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum two years related experience, preferably in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction Industry
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Capable of working in a fast pace environment
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Willingness to learn, along with a strong work ethic
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
