**What you will do and achieve**:

- Investigate and analyze potential fraud cases in a timely manner and meet predetermined SLAs (productivity targets) and other quality standards
- Leverage appropriate and varying external and internal tools and techniques to dive deep into investigation issues using data (preferred but not required: SQL skill to pull data from raw sources)
- Contribute to special projects within the team from time to time to improve our processes
- Communicate effectively both in verbal and written form on all investigative matters
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar
- 1-2+ years work experience in fraud, preferably at a payments or financial industry
- Strong background on fraud in general and able to think critically
- Comfortable with case management tools and familiar with the workflows in general
- Comfortable leveraging internal raw data in your investigations in addition to external tools from fraud vendors
- Familiar with compliance requirements, especially around OFAC, AML/BSA, and SAR
- Excellent writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
