About the Role

As a Fraud Management Specialist at RBC, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients and the organization from financial fraud. You will contribute to a secure and trustworthy environment by analyzing data, identifying patterns, and implementing strategies to mitigate risk.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering and analyzing relevant information to determine the nature and extent of the fraud.
  • Develop and implement effective fraud prevention measures, including policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as risk management, compliance, and IT, to enhance fraud detection and response capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging fraud trends and technologies, adapting strategies to counter evolving threats.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on fraud investigations and mitigation efforts.
