**Your opportunity**:
This position is based in the Department of Biology at UofT Mississauga and reports to the Manager, Finance and Operations.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collecting requirements needed to carry-out the tenure and review processes from senior leadership
- Collecting feedback from search committee members
- Following administrative rules and procedural instructions
- Collecting requirements needed to carry-out the tenure and review processes from senior leadership
- Preparing draft statistical reports and summaries from data collected
- Processing accounts payable according to the University Guide to Financial Management
- Collaborating on cost estimates

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Advanced College Diploma (3 years)
- Minimum three years' administrative experience, preferably in a University environment
- Demonstrated ability to determine logístical details and activities for events and/or programming
- Experience coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Precise keyboard/keypad use where possibility for correction is mínimal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience maintaining public-facing communications, including websites (Drupal experience preferred) and social media platforms
- Experience using SharePoint, including file management and creating permission groups
