Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and document management
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with organizing meetings
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position within the financial services industry.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Financial services industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
