**Job description**

Our Jani-King of Eastern Ontario regional office, located in Kingston, Ontario is seeking an **Office Manager** who will provide our team, franchise owners, and clients, the support needed to continually represent and uphold the Jani-King standard. Our region is quickly growing, and we are looking for top-notch professionals to help us grow with it. In your supporting role, you will be responsible for a wide array of administrative duties. These duties will include:

- Providing general administration support services to Regional Director and Office Staff
- Providing direct administrative support to the Regional Director for confidential and corporate matters
- Conducting data entry (i.e. invoices, receipts, payments)
- Preparing financial reporting, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing Franchisee agreements and renewals
- Processing Franchisee and customer-related forms and documentation
- Assisting Regional Director with contract and tender preparation
- Coordinating calendars, appointments and office meetings
- Entering data using commercial and Jani-King proprietary software
- Event planning for Franchise Day, meetings and gatherings

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:

- Excellent computer skills, including a high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to understand sales and the franchising system
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism and strong ability to effectively communicate with businesses

**Experience/Education**:

- Valid Driver’s license
- 3+ years experience in office administration or similar customer relations role
- High School Diploma with Administrative Professional Certificate

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
