**Job Title: Bilingual Dental Administrator**

**Location**: Ogilvie Dental

**Position**: Full-Time

**Hourly Rate**: $20 - $25

**Languages Required**: Bilingual in English and French

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Oversee and coordinate the schedules for all three providers (one dentist and two hygienists), ensuring optimal appointment scheduling and efficient use of time.
- **Patient Transactions**: Process co-payments and other payments accurately. Manage billing procedures and financial transactions with attention to detail.
- **Insurance and Claims**: Submit claims to insurance providers and follow up on outstanding claims. Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits and any associated co-payments.
- **Patient Follow-Up**: Contact patients regarding unscheduled treatments, pre-determinations, and follow-up needs. Utilize short notice and callback lists effectively to manage patient communications.
- **Document Management**: Scan, file, and manage patient documents and records efficiently. Ensure accuracy and security of all patient information.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Address and resolve patient concerns professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- **Languages**: Fluent in both English and French, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- **Software Knowledge**: Experience with Dentrix software is a plus. Proficiency in general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
- **Customer Service**: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining patient records.
