Office Administrator/bookkeeper

Duties:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper recording of transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Provide support for governmental accounting requirements
- Conduct research and provide technical accounting guidance
**Requirements**:
- Education/Experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in office administration or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
