Office Manager/bookkeeper

FRP Systems Ltd., a manufacturing company located in Thunder Bay is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to coordinate administrative and financial/payroll functions within a small office. Within the role of **Office Manager / Bookkeeper,** you will provide key support to the team in a variety of financial and payroll functions and be willing to learn our business and grow with the team.
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience with Sage50 accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Job Costing and Payroll;
- A strong communicator who thrives on providing superior customer service;
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and add value to the team;
- Ability to model the company values of Efficiency, Quality and Safety.
- Ability to handle light phone duties with customer service as a priority.
