Reception/administrative Assistant

Main Duties include:

- Assisting with accounts payable including matching, receiving and entering bills into accounting system.
- Organizes packing slips and invoices
- Creating PDF manuals for on going projects
- Data entry

**Requirements**:

- Data entry skills
- Accounting experience and/or education
- Experience with accounting software. Quickbooks experience an asset, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, pdf creator
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven skills in organization, management, oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deal with a high volume of work with constantly changing priorities.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
