**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enrollment Management**:
- Oversee student registration and enrollment processes using Finalsite (formerly known as SchoolAdmin) software.
- Monitor and manage enrollment numbers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
**Student Records Maintenance**:
- Maintain and safeguard student records in compliance with legal standards using PASI and Finalsite.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across all student records.
**Family and Student Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, providing timely and informative responses to inquiries.
- Conduct tours of the school, explaining our self-directed learning philosophy and unique offerings.
- Play a key role in driving enrollment by ensuring prospective families are welcomed, well-informed, and encouraged to enroll and stay at Banbury Crossroads.
- Communicate essential enrollment details to new and existing families, fostering strong relationships to sup**port retention.**
**Collaboration with Departments**:
- Collaborate with all other departments to align enrollment strategies with school goals.
- Participate in the planning and execution of tours, expos, open houses, and other community outreach events.
**System and Software Administration**:
- Administer and maintain the Finalsite Enrollment system to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the invoicing process on Finalsite and Sage for enrolled families.
**Reception Support**:
- Provide backup support for general reception duties as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in administration, education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with student information systems like PASI and Finalsite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.
- Sales experience is a major asset, particularly in roles involving direct communication with prospective clients or stakeholders.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in private or independent school settings.
- Knowledge of self-directed learning or alternative education models.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team-oriented environment.
