We are looking to add a team member who is personable, with great communication skills, and the ability to adapt within a dynamic Team environment. You will also be working closely with management as well as the technical, marketing and sales team. All tasks are to be performed either at our office located near Dufferin and Lawrence in Toronto, ON.
Your work schedule will be Monday-Friday, as this is a full-time position.

**Job Description**:
The Office Administrator / Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day office management and will report to the Operations Manager. You will also work closely with other teams within Connectability.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
These duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for answering & managing phone calls and passing of messages to the appropriate individuals.
- Maintain files for Clients, vendors and employees.
- Assist/facilitate requests from employees regarding miscellaneous items such as office supplies, cell phone issues, and queries.
- Assist/facilitate requests from Management. These might include: selling items online, gathering information from a vendor, communicating with a client, picking up supplies, or running various errands.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage shipping and receiving of deliveries at the office.
- Conduct Quality Assurance client calls daily to ensure that services are being delivered as expected. Provide a daily report of these discussions to vCIO & Operations Manager (OM).
- Report any technical service issues to the vCIO for resolution. Provide information on the severity of the issue. Escalate urgent requests.
- Responsible for creating tickets from phone calls. OM and vCIO to dispatch.
- Work with billing department to send out Monthly Technician Time invoices.
- Updating clients on changes to our services & communicating status updates.
- Work with billing department to update/code invoice information.
- Follow up with clients on billing related concerns
- Follow up on issues raised by the Management Team
- Perform any other duties assigned
**Essential Requirements**:
Technology, Equipment or Tools
- Familiarity with general office equipment including computers, phone system, and fax machine.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Training will be provided for specialized software tools used by the company
