**Overview**

**Duties**
- First point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and correspondence.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Support Law office operations as needed, including managing patient records and assisting with front desk duties if applicable.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
- Other duties assigned as needed.

**Skills**
- Previous Law office experience preferred.
- Three to five years office receptionist / administration experience is preferred.
- Proficient in phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
- Excellent data entry abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with proofreading documents for clarity and correctness.
