Front Office Receptionist

**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in administrative and receptionist roles
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Mathematical competence and accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients
- Perform production data entry tasks accurately
- Greet and seat clients for in-office meetings
- Process credit card payments and handle accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Assist with general office duties as requested, including filing, scanning, and document management
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Pay: From $16.55 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
