**Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and marketing initiatives.
- Become proficient with using the CRM and other sales automation tools for contact management and sales pipeline management.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new client prospects through direct or indirect contact and prospecting activities.
- Mine and research client data to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Produce lead reports and track important customer opportunities; ensuring proper follow-up action.
- Communicate with and assist management on strategic initiatives.
- Manage effective transition of qualified opportunities to direct sales representatives.
- Compile pricing proposals and written responses to client requests for information.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English language fluency, with exceptional communication abilities both verbal and written; must be comfortable talking with new client prospects via phone.
- Excellent customer service skills, listening to customer needs and helping communicate options for them.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet goals with mínimal supervision and high level directions.
- Ability to understand and communicate benefits of Intellect Technologies integrated logistics solutions to prospective customers.
- Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office and commonly used social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook, etc.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of successful marketing, business development or inside sales experience selling software products or services.
- Ability to sell in a team environment, where interaction with other sales, support, and development personnel is necessary to achieve sales goals.
- Additional fluency in a second or third language other than English is highly desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
