This role will work remotely, with the opportunity to visit our co-working spaces for collaboration and team meetings.

**What will you do in this role?**
- Design and implement individualized sales goals and targets based on organizational objectives and revenue forecasting - responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly tracking; dashboards; and reporting on business unit performance. Taking accountability for team performance by tracking the sales funnel including the quality of all sales performance metrics.
- Drive optimal sales performance by engaging team members and creating a positive team culture through expert sales practices, performance management, coaching, and mentorship
- Lead and prioritize sales initiatives and ensure investments align with our growth targets, consistently tracking outcomes and identifying risks in plans.
- Develop, implement, and champion design process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and consistency across the team with a focus on the client experience, ROI, and revenue growth
- Partner with team members in order to provide support and guidance in account and revenue growth including, account mapping & research, client meetings and presentations, contract negotiations, etc.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to ensure alignment in achieving organizational and team goals
- Regularly report on various KPIs, making recommendations for modifications of initiatives through effective forecasting.
- Develop and support individualized development plans for the team, identifying skills growth opportunities through professional development
- Manage a small group of OSG Partner accounts, ensuring a high quality of service, growth plans, and optimization

**What do we look for?**
- Post Secondary in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a data-driven, experienced sales team (preferably B2B)
- Proven history of quantifiable success in sales roles with a focus on developing and fostering client relationships, executing sales pipelines, and growing accounts
- Experience navigating and executing change management initiatives with direct reports and key stakeholders
- Proven track record of aligning, defining, and managing sales plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Experience in the proactive creation and execution of sales goals/targets and KPIs for a small team
- Experience working in sales environments that are both collaborative and autonomous
- Experience effectively managing and motivating complex teams, while influencing revenue growth in structured, service delivery environments
- Strong experience and knowledge in consultative selling and account management best practices
- Strong experience working in a data and metric-driven organization, with the ability to manipulate and showcase results in a meaningful way
- Experience with Skills Gap Analysis and systemic training implementation across teams
- Exceptional verbal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- World-class business acumen, with strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
