- You have a proven ability to adeptly overcome objections, think on your feet, and foster professional and thriving sales teams
- You have the ability to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team efforts
- You are an analytical thinker with previous experience in a sales management, coaching, data analysis, call center and/or Business Improvement role
- You have a passion for driving improvement and leading change
- You have exceptional numerical, verbal and written skills
- You are decisive and have a keen attention to detail
- You have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution and communication (oral and written) skills
- You have the drive and energy to produce excellent results and devise creative responses in order to improve relationships, outputs and processes

- Experience in the FBA course and coaching business is a plus
**Experience & Education Requirements**
The following experience is **required** for the role
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Management role
- 3+ years of experience in sales processes and systems, e.g. CRMs and google sheets
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- 5+ years of experience as a B2C Sales Representative
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage Sales Representatives on a day to day basis
- Provides oversight over Continuous Improvement Specialists and Sales Executives
- Works with the Recruitment Department to hire and onboard new Sales Representatives
- Lead daily/weekly sales meetings for all Sales Representatives
- Leads 1-on-1 meetings with Sales Representatives
- Identify training needs and provide appropriate coaching inline with sales training
- Ensures Sales Representatives continue to meet assigned monthly targets
- Ensures Sales Representatives are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action as required
- Follows-up with Sales Representatives to ensure improvements are sustained and followed
- Reviews the sales team’s CRM systems/reporting sheets and confirms that the Sales Representatives are following TSC protocols
- Works with Sales Executives to review, revise and keep training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date
- Ensure reps are recording and reviewing calls
- Achieving sales targets and objectives
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Analyzing sales data and market trends
- Interviewing and training new sales team members
- Other tasks as assigned
- Client services. Being in direct contact with the client, attending L10 meetings with client and team, reporting numbers to the client, keeping the client up to date on new hires, changes in/at TSC, and any other client relations as needed.
**Compensation**:
Salary to be negotiated at the time of hire.

**Salary**: $86,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
