**Responsibilities**:
**Market Expansion**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the dental industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and promote our range of dental supplies, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and industry trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
- Provide expertise and guidance on product selection to meet customer needs.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Independent Sales champion in the dental supplies industry.
- Strong network and relationships within the dental community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Knowledge of dental products, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
