**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the Canadian real estate market.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, offering personalized property investment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and competition.
- Organize and execute site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective clients, leads, and sales in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Participate in real estate expos and networking events to expand business contacts and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Familiarity with the Canadian real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Canada for property site visits.
