**Role Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities** (will include, but not be limited to):

- Lead & Coordinate Issues Management by collaborating with the Division manager team to develop guidelines and procedures in order to support streamlined operations including ARTS and financial processes.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and overseeing the coordination and preparation of ARs ensuring comprehensive submissions that meet the format and standards requested including coordinating the development of Branch responses
- Establish, implement and monitor effective communication processes to manage the flow of information and inquires from Branch, Communications, ADM and DM. Ensure responses are routed appropriately and issues addressed
- Act as primary liaison for the division by establishing, implementing and monitoring effective communication processes and information management systems to ensure the Executive Directors are briefed on all relevant developments and emerging issues
- Act as the primary liaison between ADMO, Branch Units ensuring emerging issues and information is disseminated
- Organize, coordinate and communicate the Division's internal operational plan and documents
- Work closely with the Division's DLT to determine key priorities and goals for the year, coordinate and establish operational plans, business plans, annual and quarterly reports
- Lead and manage Branch's ongoing change management by developing and refining new management approaches and supporting tools
