**Job Summary**:
As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing clients. To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the Wireless Telecom Industry, B2B sales cycles, an ability to manage complex sales processes, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Mentor, develop and coach a team of Enterprise and Inside sales executives, with a focus on KPI's, performance and growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within target accounts
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance, using data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience managing sales team in a SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of today's Wireless Telecom industry.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and tactics
