**About this role**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Facilities, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the stores within their assigned Areas, regarding all repairs, maintenance tasks, and utilities. Facilities Coordinators will also support on an ad-hoc basis with initiatives, cross functional projects, and open-store tasks. Depending on the assignment within the team, Agile store support may be a primary responsibility, including tasks related to opening/ closing and taking part in various actions and initiatives specific to those locations.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient execution of emergency and non-emergency repairs and service calls within established budgets and timeline. Other duties involved in the role may include but not be limited to: Processing of invoices related to Facilities work and utility accounts, supporting stores and company departments in finding solutions to issues or information required by providing direction, various other duties that may arise. Facilities Coordinators will be required be available outside of business hours to respond to critical emergencies within our stores as they arise. The Facilities Coordinator position is one that will require consistent learning and adaptation to meet the needs of the business as it grows. A successful Facilities Coordinator is a valuable member of the organization that contributes to company success by maintaining the luxury appearance and function of our retail stores.

**A day in the life**:

- Manage all work order requests from stores
- Attend regular meetings with internal and external partners, prepared to share information and provide feedback.
- Respond to all maintenance questions from stores.
- Ensure repair timeline SLAs are met.
- Execute store maintenance programs per established frequencies and scopes of work.
- Coordinate and execute store paint program in applicable stores.
- Execute cross-functional initiative as they arise.
- Receive, process and approve maintenance and utility invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in facilities maintenance - Strong mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of retail environment
- Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel Highly motivated, detail oriented, and dependable
- Open to learning and accessible to all levels of the organization
- Possess organizational, time management, and trouble-shooting competence.
- Excellent team player, and capability to work independently.
- Superb communication skills - verbal and written.
- Proactive and solution oriented
