Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We are a family-owned company, located in Vaughan and are currently seeking an experienced, dependable and caring individual to fill the position of **Bookkeeper** and **Administrative Support**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Accounts payable, receivable and collections
- Process vendor and customer invoices
- Post & Reconcile the bank & credit card accounts
- Preparation and submission of Payroll Deductions, HST, WSIB and ROE
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll, calculate hourly employee pay & monitor approved vacation/sick days.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
- A positive outlook, sense of humor and a proactive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
