**Work Arrangement**:This role is primarily based in the Vancouver, BC corporate office with work-from-home flexibility.
**Position Overview**:
The Ecommerce Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering the strategical roadmap from the Ancillaries and Ecommerce team, efficiently driving projects from discovery to execution, supporting the Product Managers to deliver the sprint backlog and ensuring an Agile culture through the company’s stakeholders and the development team.
This will include managing SCRUM meetings, owning backlog responsibilities and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to successfully meeting deadlines for the existing and new projects.
- Managing and collaborating with the development team, including SCRUM meetings
- Direct collaboration with ecommerce Product managers, UX designers, developers, and vendors to break down features and epics into technical stories with the right information for the developers to execute them
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholder’s, development team, and vendors to define projects, phase out scope and manage communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement and drive innovative optimization processes to ensure a smooth product development, from ideation to implementation.
- Close collaboration with the ancillary team to ensure the best idea to product design of each ancillary product or ticket sales optimization in the booking flow and throughout the customer journey to maximize upsell and order conversion rate.
- Implement an agile culture within flair as well as proper guidelines to ensure ideas and requirements are aligned with this approach.
- Support with various internal initiatives within the agile framework, such as Quarterly planning, intake meetings, and sprint meetings.
- Document and consolidate a valuable delivery process, libraries and guidelines to ensure the right information is stored in a clear and efficient way for product managers to review and hand over to developers.
- Facilitate and support sprint meetings, innovation workshops, and review meetings with stakeholders to analyse, align, and prepare features for execution.

Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
- **
Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in Business analyst or Technical project manager roles
- 2+ years of experience working with developers, product managers and designers creating technical requirements
- Proficient in agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- Familiar with test matrix and QA validation of products and test scenarios
- Experience in ecommerce retail, airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Click up, Miro, Asana, Mural, is a strong Plus.
